If the home is tenant occupied and you do not plan to attend we will ask for the tenants contact information so that we may coordinate. As part of each inspection, your tenants must sign a Carbon Monoxide Alarm Verification Form. If they aren’t present, we will provide a copy of this form to you to have your tenant sign.
