If the home is vacant and has a lock box or access code you may provide that to us. We will send you a report as soon as the inspection is completed. If the home is tenant occupied and you do not plan to attend we will ask for the tenants contact information so that we may coordinate. As part of each inspection, your tenants must sign a Carbon Monoxide Alarm Verification Form. If they aren’t present, we will provide a copy of this form to you to have your tenant sign.
