Danny Batkhan - President
Danny began his Journey in the Real Estate world as a residential property manager in the Baltimore area in 2015. As he gained more experience, managing over 1000 doors in his career he became especially interested in the compliance piece of the industry. He saw a great need for Lead Paint inspection services in the greater Baltimore area but not enough quality providers to fill it. In 2018 he founded Charm City Lead and Rental on a promise to always put our clients first and ensure we do everything we can to help them navigate the ever changing landscape of lead paint compliance requirements. When he isnt helping busy helping de-complicate the Lead Paint process for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family , 4 chickens (as of this writing, subject to change because you can never have too many chickens) and dog.
Missael Rosa - Lead Inspector Technician
Missael, has been with our team since 2022 when he first became a licensed lead inspector technician. He has a passion for learning and teaching others. He brings with him a vast array of skills and knowledge to our team surrounding Building systems, lead paint inspection, and lead abatement.
In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, and stays busy working on various home improvement projects around his house.
